1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If you are located outside of India and wish to place an order, please contact us at Support@vinaan.com for assistance and availability of international shipping.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before completing your purchase.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 working days. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak shopping periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from the date of shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on geographic location and courier services.

  • Remote Locations: Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times. You will be notified of any significant delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.


6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Should you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@vinaan.com to try and resolve the issue before shipping.

  • Failed Deliveries: In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect addresses or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will usually attempt a second delivery. If the delivery fails again, the package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package re-sent.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@vinaan.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Support@vinaan.com. We will assist you in locating your package or arranging a replacement.


8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to minimize any inconvenience caused.


9. International Shipping
