Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period: You have 4 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Items on sale or discounted items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@vinaan.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  3. Returned items must be sent to our principal place of business:

2. Refunds

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may result in a partial refund or rejection.

Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Support@vinaan.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Once approved, you will need to return the defective item, and we will send a replacement within 2-5 working days after receiving the original.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
